Shandong Linyi LED Display: Indoor LED Display Installation Method
When installing indoor LED displays, a common method is to purchase frames, modules, cables, power supplies, control cards, and other materials to assemble them into an indoor LED display. So, how do you assemble the modules into a large LED screen and ensure it functions properly? Today, let's explore this question.
During installation Indoor LED Display Commonly, the method is to choose to purchase frames, modules, cables, power supplies, control cards, and other materials to assemble them into Indoor LED Display Then, how to assemble the modules into a large LED screen and make it work properly? Today, let's understand this issue.

Calculation Indoor LED Display Measure the size and make the frame. First, use 4 * 4 square steel to make an on-site frame. When welding, use a steel square ruler to weld as many 90-degree angles as possible. The medium size is not important. After the on-site frame is completed, start welding small square steel on it. Cut the four corners and the middle of the small square steel into small sections, and weld the remaining 4 * 4 square steel on top to facilitate covering with stainless steel. After the connection frame is completed, start welding the back panel. Measure the welding of the first two panels, find the size, and weld it down. Both ends can be welded well. After welding the frame, it can be installed in the hall. Make two angle steel hooks at the top of the wall. After hanging the rack, since the indoor LED display cannot be made into a fan box frame, leave about 10mm gap around it, only 10mm gap is available for simple ventilation.
When installing the power supply, first connect two finished power lines. The 5V output must be positive and negative, otherwise the power line, module, and control card will be burned. Each finished power line has two connectors, so each power supply can load four modules. Then establish a 220V connection between the power supplies. Use 2.5 square soft copper wire to connect each row together, and finally connect the 220V power line to the air switch terminal of the distribution cabinet. Before installing the screen, cables must be arranged from the distribution room to the indoor LED display distribution cabinet, and the control card installed after connecting the power supply. Each indoor LED display comes with a "Power and System Wiring Diagram". As long as you strictly follow the drawings, there will be no wiring errors. Generally, engineers can also estimate the wiring method based on the number of power supplies and cards.
Before installing the modules, stainless steel edging must be used. This is not only for aesthetics but also required by the installation unit. After fastening the stainless steel surface, the module can be opened. Modules are usually installed from bottom to top or from the middle to both sides. Installing from the bottom mainly ensures that horizontal and vertical are within normal control range, especially when the screen area is large and easier to lose control, particularly with high requirements for small pitch and very small gaps that do not meet requirements, all need fine-tuning. Engineers who install small pitch know that even if the module or box is not in the exact mold, errors still exist. A few misaligned wires will cause the entire line to be misaligned. Secondly, installation from the middle to both sides can be divided into two or even four groups working separately, saving installation time. Even if the installation position is incorrect, it basically does not affect the progress of other groups.
After installing the four-wire module card, power on and test. If there is a problem, solve it promptly because the next group will cover the card and it cannot be tested. Also, if installation continues, problems cannot be found in time. If all are installed and you want to find problems and remove installed modules, the workload will be much greater. The control card has a test button; just turn on the power and you can test using this method first. If the installation is normal, the screen will display red, green, blue, lines, areas, and dot information in sequence, then test the control computer again, mainly to test whether the network cable communicates normally. If normal, install the next group until installation is complete.
